In the depths of winter, upon the frostbound Quercus field will the great baronies of Politarchopolis and Rowany meet once more and make war.

Choose your side and test your might and skill in the marshal arts of armoured combat, rapier and archery. Fight in one, or fight in all.

Camping available on site and included in ticket price. Be prepared for negative overnight temperatures. 

Event is fully catered from Friday Dinner to Sunday Breakfast. Big fire will be provided. 

Please note there are no shower facilities on site.

Friday (31 July 2029):

2PM Site open.

6PM BBQ dinner.

Saturday (1 August 2026): 

7-8.30AM Breakfast.

9AM Rapier War. 

12PM Lunch.

1-4PM Armoured War.
 
Target Archery/Pickups to run alongside. 

6PM Feast. 

Sunday (2 August 2026): 

7-8.30AM Breakfast.

9AM-12PM Armoured War. 

Target Archery/Pickups to run alongside.

2PM Site Close.


PRICING


Adult Member Ticket Price = $100. 

Adult Child Member Ticket Price = $50.

Adult Member Day Ticket Saturday = $60.

Adult Member Day Ticket Sunday = $40. 

Non-Member Adult add $10 to prices for indemnity.

Non-Member Child Under 18 add $5 to prices for indemnity.

Child Member Ticket price = $50.

Offboard Ticket Price = $50.

Ticket prices will rise by $10 for bookings after the 10th of July.
