Topics and activities will be chosen by you and the other people in your group, including yoga, meditation, artistic activities, exercise and presentations from guest speakers, including Advocacy Programs and Service NSW.Sessions will be held fortnightly from 10:30am - 12:30pm on Thursdays starting from 29th January, 2026.
