Please join us in circle, a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space where every woman is welcome.
Deep healing and transformation WILL happen when we are ‘seen’ & held with love by others while we navigate life’s challenges. Where each has an opportunity to take part in open discussion of the issues that affect our everyday lives.
Sharing helps us all, but I would like to reassure you, that you do not have to share unless you feel like it.
Whether you are speaking or listening, know holding space for others is also a gift!
The SHE RECOVERS Sharing Circle Durham Region is;
A POWERFUL PLACE FOR SELF UNDERSTANDING, COMPASSION AND DEEP INNER HEALING.
NO CHALLENGE IS TOO GREAT — NO CONTRIBUTION IS TOO SMALL
If you're feeling isolated, separate and unable to find the nourishment your soul is seeking, know you will find it here.
A sacred space that encourages you to be YOU and learn what it's like to truly be seen and supported.
There will be two circles of connection, support, and empowerment each month!
Durham South/East (Courtice/Bowmanville) on the third Friday evening of each month.
Durham North/West (Whibty/Brooklin) on the first Friday evening of each month.
We will have a different topic each month.
You'll leave knowing that you aren't alone on your journey.
Open to all women 18+.
A sliding scale/energy exchange of $10-$22 is requested, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds.

What is She Recovers?
We are strong and courageous women, and we do recover.
SHE RECOVERS® is an international movement of self-identified women in or seeking recovery from a wide variety of issues, including substance use and eating disorders, other behavioral health issues, trauma, abuse, codependency, cancer, grief, low self-esteem, perfectionism, and other life challenges.
We envision a future where women from diverse backgrounds have the access, resources, support, and freedoms necessary to cultivate individualized and holistic pathways in order to find health, sustain long-term recovery, achieve their potential, and help other women to do the same.
What can I bring into the event?
