The program will now extend from October 19, 2026 through March 29, 2027. The program will be from 8:30 a.m.- 9:15 a.m. on Monday Mornings.  
This program is open to adults and those 16 and older. For participants younger than 16, an adult must be present. A yoga mat or beach towel are required to participate. Each session will be 45 minutes and catered to the group’s needs. Classes will not occur on Holidays. 
Don’t miss this chance to slow down, engage in the senses and listen to the body. By practicing a variety of mindfulness techniques, grounding, and light movement, attendees will connect with themselves, their community and the earth.
