The Miss Kentucky Board selected a panel of distinguished judges who have narrowed the applications to five finalists in both the Teen and Miss categories. These five finalists will have a separate interview to discuss their service/project with a panel of Quality of Life judges. Scholarships will be awarded to the winner, 1st runner-up, and 2nd runner-up in both the Teen and Miss division.We are thrilled to have top-rated motivational speaker Dale Smith Thomas as our Keynote Speaker this year.
