We are honored to have as this year's keynote speaker, Garrison Commander of Ft. A.P. Hill, Lieutenant Colonel Matt Bauer. We are also honored to have The Reverend Otis T. Kay of First Mt Zion Baptist Church in Sparta to to open our program in prayer. Special thanks to American Legion Post 221, The Town of Bowling Green, our Caroline Sheriff's office, our Caroline County Board of Supervisors and Billy Holland with his public works crew and our musicians, Rob Vetter and Bob Smith. Please join us after the ceremony for refreshments sponsored by Jeff and Susan Sili.
