Event Itinerary** ## **9:30 AM – Check-In & Warm-Up Zone** * Families arrive, sign in, and pick up wristbands. * Light warm-up stretch led by the PE leaders. * Stations overview and safety reminders. --- ? Field Day Zones (10:00 AM – 12 PM)** A rotation-style system: participants spend ~ 30 minutes at each zone before rotating to next. Zone schedule assigned by colored wrist bands provided at check in. ? Zones & Themes ?‍♂️ Zone 1: Action & Agility Zone • Relay races • Obstacle courses • Sack races or cone drills Focus: Speed, teamwork, and coordination ?
