Join us for a self-paced Art Therapy Workshop where there’s no pressure to be “good” at art — just come as you are. Choose the canvas size (and price point) that feels right for you, then explore a variety of materials, from paint to stickers and mixed media. Stay for five minutes or a few hours — this experience moves at your rhythm.
