- **Event Description**: Join the Run Fit Crew for a challenging but fun run in Bowie!About this EventRun Fit Crew invites the Bowie community and those in surrounding areas to join us for a group run at Allen Pond Park located at 3330 Northview Drive.We do not run the entire time. Run Fit Crew follows a run-walk method for example: run 30 seconds, walk 1 minute, repeat. This run is ideal for individuals at a beginner fitness level i.e. people who walk regularly but do not run, or are returning to running.The run will be led by RRCA certified run coach, Army Veteran and Bowie resident, Coach Patricia.All attendees will be required to sign a liability waiver to participate. This run may be cancelled due to inclement weather and rescheduled for a later date.Cold bottled water and post-workout snacks will be provided for attendees.We will have Run Fit Crew t-shirts available for $20 while supplies last.Can't wait to see you there!
