We will meet at the Bowie Crossing Park and Ride located at 4400 Collington Road.We do not run the entire time! This group run is a run/walk interval style workout designed for those with a beginner fitness level (Level II). Refer to the below explanation of fitness levels to determine where you fall:Beginner Level I - Not physically activeBeginner Level II - Walks 15-30 minutes (continuous) for at least 1-3 days per weekBeginner Level III - Walks 30 minutes or more (continuous) for 3 or more days per weekThe run will be led by RRCA certified run coach, Army Veteran and Bowie resident, Coach Patricia.All attendees will be required to sign a liability waiver to participate. This run may be cancelled due to inclement weather and rescheduled for a later date.Cold bottled water and post-workout snacks will be provided for attendees.We will have Run Fit Crew t-shirts available for $20 while supplies last.Can't wait to see you there!
