We do not run the entire time! This group run is a run/walk interval style workout designed for those with a beginner fitness level (Level II). Refer to the below explanation of fitness levels to determine where you fall:Beginner Level I - Not physically activeBeginner Level II - Walks 15-30 minutes (continuous) for at least 1-3 days per weekBeginner Level III - Walks 30 minutes or more (continuous) for 3 or more days per weekThe run will be led by RRCA certified run coach, Army Veteran and Bowie resident, Coach Patricia.We will meet at Foxhill Park near Benjamin Tasker Middle School.All attendees will be required to sign a liability waiver to participate. This run may be cancelled due to inclement weather and rescheduled for a later date.Cold bottled water and post-workout snacks will be provided for attendees.We will have Run Fit Crew t-shirts available for $20 while supplies last.Can't wait to see you there!
