This mini-documentary honors the life and legacy of 1LT Richard W. Collins III, a Bowie State University ROTC graduate, tragically killed in a racially motivated hate crime on the University of Maryland campus in 2017.

In partnership with the Bowie State University/University of Maryland Social Justice Alliance, the screening will be followed by a panel discussion reflecting on 1LT Collins’ lasting impact and the ongoing pursuit of justice, equity, and inclusion in Maryland and beyond.
