Welcome to the After Glow - postpartum support group! This space is just for you if you have recently given birth and wanted guidance and community as you navigate life as a new mom.

After Glow is a mommy and me class/group designed for the new mom who wants to prioritize her postpartum journey and taking care of herself along the way. This group is for parents who have given birth and have a newborn ages 0 to 4 months old.

Each week, we will cover a different topic from your physical healing to your day to day adjustment to motherhood.

We will discuss topics like:

Recovering from vaginal birth

Recovering from c-section

Healing birth tears

Reaching your feeding goals

Postpartum routines

Postpartum style

Newborn routines and schedule

Rest and sleep

Postpartum nutrition and meals

Intimacy and sex

Postpartum fitness 

And so much more…

This VIRTUAL group meets 3 times a month so you can attend at your convenience from the comfort of your home.
