Block 9- This week’s Blockheads  pattern brings a radiant burst of energy with Polaris, a dynamic star block designed by Barb Groves of Me & My Sister Designs. This week we will show 2 ways to piece this playful block: paper piecing and traditional piecing using the versatile Tri-Recs ruler. Whether you're a foundation piecing fan or prefer to cut and stitch without the paper, this week has you covered!

Block 10- This week’s block brings a fun mix of techniques—some familiar and some that might be new to you. If you’ve been hesitant to try foundation paper piecing, this is a perfect chance to give it a go!

 
Supplies:

The cost of the class WILL INCLUDE pattern, you provide the fabric.

Sewing machine in working order 

Basic quilting supplies 

Sewing Machine in good working order
Thread
Seam Ripper
Scissors
Cutting Mat 18"x24" minimum
Rotary Cutter
Ruler min. 24" long 
Pins

NOTE: The classroom will have irons available for pressing

Project Supplies:
Fabrics from your stash, we are only making one of each block 
Optional but helpful tools to bring to class:
Small travel iron
Wool pressing mat

The doors will open at 9:30 am and class will begin promptly at 10 am. Please come early so that you have time to set up your sewing space!

Bring a brown bag lunch... we have a refrigerator and microwave for your usage or we can order out.
