Kadampa Buddhist teachers, Gen Delek and Gen Sanden will teach a sequence of much-loved and time-honoured meditations called taking and giving.

The practice of taking and giving is a powerful method for deepening our love, compassion and wisdom. It enables us to transform the adversity we encounter in the world into powerful causes of compassion and wisdom; develop the good heart of a Bodhisattva; gain practical experience of emptiness, the true nature of reality; and even heal physical illness.

The weekend will include teachings, guided meditations and time for Q&A. Enjoy the time between sessions to relax, refresh, and spend time in the company of like-minded spiritual friends.
