Her work brings together original music, neuroscience, and contemplative practice.She has led thousands of sessions and events locally and internationally and has trained more than 200 practitioners. Alongside her work as an artist, she has completed formal study in neuroscience and training in Somatic Experiencing, shaping an approach grounded in music and the nervous system. Her recorded music has also received national arts funding.For this evening, Kasia will present Ambient Meditation, featuring original music written and produced for contemplative listening. The music will bring the evening to a quiet close following Chandresh’s teachings and guided meditation.
