Set Your Intentions 2026 *Online Gathering

As we enter the new year, this online gathering provides an opportunity for reflection and setting intentions. Through guided breathwork, gentle movement, breathwork and thoughtful journaling prompts we’ll reflect on the previous year and gain clarity for the year ahead, tapping into our intuition and the wisdom of the seasons. Together, we’ll amplify our deepest intentions for 2026, focusing on self-reflection, relationships, mind, body, spirit, work, play, and the feelings we wish to cultivate.
