Over the weekend, you’ll experience immersive learning that will reshape your understanding of movement and your yoga practice, balanced with deep rest, nourishing meals, and plenty of time in nature among a wonderful community of like-minded people.

Check in is 3pm on Friday, September 25th. We’ll meet for our opening practice around 4:30pm on once you settle in. Then we’ll gather for an incredible farm-to-table vegetarian meal. Saturday morning will start with an invigorating practice in the yoga dome, followed by a nourishing breakfast. There will be plenty of free time during the day to explore Bowen Island, hike, dip in the ocean, get a massage, enjoy Mist Thermal Sanctuary (right on the property and highly recommended), read a book etc. Lunch is served at 1pm, and we’ll gather back in the dome late afternoon for a restorative practice with breath work and Yoga Nidra before dinner.  Sunday will start the same way, and we’ll check out at 11am.
