Approaching the full moon in Virgo, The Worm Moon, we are asked to feel the ground, the support of Pachamama in her sweet infinite abundance of supportive healing energy to help us 'clean up' our physical/emotional/and spiritual spaces. Our spring cleaning begins within, with breath, with feeling, as a witness to the unfolding and a surrender to the release of our grip to what no longer serves our wholeness. What have you been storing within you that may be asking to be free? Let the medicine of the worm serve us in our practice as an alchemical ally in recycling old patterns into new growth.
