Halfway launch their 9th studio album
“The Styx” continuing their 25 year unique journey of Australian storytelling, combining indie rock, folk and alternative country music.

Halfway have always operated within their own space in the Australian music industry, being a band for twenty five years across that time making 8 studio albums. Each of which has received a wealth of both critical acclaim and fan love.

From their origins in 2000, Halfway have developed their style and songs into cinematic soundscapes, lush with pedal steel, densely layered guitars and driving rhythms.
June 2025 will see the release of the bands ninth studio album, “The Styx” a much anticipated album to be launched at the Old Museum with the album in full and and a special second set of Halfway hits and misses to close out the night.
