You may also wish to bring a bottle of water. Please ensure that you are well-hydrated and that you do not have a full stomach.Commencing with a short guided meditation, followed by a sound bath featuring the healing sounds from handmade Himalayan singing bowls, ocean drum, Koshi wind chimes, and other sound instruments.Please note that these sound baths at The Jubilee Community Centre will all feature the use of slowly swirling ‘nebula’ light projections on the ceiling to make for a more immersive experience in sound and light. As such, if you are photosensitive, please consider bringing a blindfold to wear.Booking is essential due to the limited number of spaces available.Please note that I do not offer refunds. If you find that you cannot attend you can either transfer your booking to a friend, or request to move your ticket to the next sound bath I am running at this venue (Sunday 31st May, 2026). Any transfers must be arranged with me at least 24 hours before the sound bath on which you had originally booked.Contraindications: Please note that sound baths are unsuitable for:• Anyone in the first trimester of pregnancy.
