First Friday Funday - Neon Glow Flow: Basework Edition

Slide into the season with a splash of neon! We’re bringing in the black lights and glowing on the floor with a basework-focused pole class. Expect grounded, slinky movement, fluid transitions, and low-flow play—all set to glowing vibes and bold beats. Bring your kneepads, socks and/or heels, and a little neon—because nothing melts winter chill like a neon-fueled, glowing, floor slay.

1+ class with optional levels of difficulty, must be comfortable doing rolls, shoulder stands, and hand/forearm stands
