We will discuss the nature of patterns as energetic visuals that can be absorbed and emulated. Nature’s  designs, sacred geometry and forms support and enhance our energy and behavior. We will work collectively on a larger sacred grid and also create a smaller grid for our personal practice.  This workshop will cover a variety of Crystal benefits + grid  patterns to utilize in our meditations/intentions, allowing for a  frequency and energetic vibration, that can be sewn into the energetic matrix and absorbed. 
In this workshop we will be exploring 4 of the Sacred Geometry Symbols found in our world, its purpose, history, and how it can be incorporated into your own meditation practices. We will be examining and creating  grid designs.  We will learn about  physical, spiritual + emotional  aspects of the grid,  crystal arrangements, and how you can utilize this tool for your mental health + well-being.   All Grid materials will be supplied + some crystals.
