Our lampshade making workshop is perfect for a creative treat or chance to meet up with friends and make something beautiful for your home at the same time!This workshop also makes a wonderful present - buy someone a place, or book for you and a friend!The course will take place in our lovely shop in the small town of Bovey Tracey on the edge of beautiful Dartmoor.The course is suitable for all levels of competency and there is no sewing required. In this small group class, Rachael will guide you through each of the steps at a gentle pace, ensuring you have all the time and support needed to create a beautiful lampshade. The course will last for approximately 2 1/2 - 3 hours and will include some light refreshments. There are 2 steps to access the building and a long flight of stairs (23 steps) to access the toilet facilities.Join us for a class where Rachael will teach you how to make your own beautiful drum lampshade. During the session, you will learn how to make a 20cm or 30cm diameter shade.Rachael will expertly guide you through the necessary steps and you will finish with a real sense of achievement as well as a striking lampshade!
