What's it all about? The WW was started way back in times before Covid, by The Secret Crocheter and me, as a bit of hoot, to make new friends, to have a weekend at the seaside, to learn new skills.... It's evolved into a bunch of lovely folk going to a lovely hotel at the seaside all at the same time, with nothing formal organised. Some of us are going Friday to Monday, some Friday to Sunday, some Saturday to Monday and some of us are going Saturday to Tuesday! We will have a semi-formal three-course dinner on the Sunday night if you want to join in with that too. Come on your own or with pals, bring non-woolly partners (three non-woolly husbands came last year), whoever!
I've negotiated a rate of £74 per room per night bed & breakfast (whether it's single or double occupancy, so you can bunk up with a pal and share the cost, or not 😃 ). If you want a sea view it's another £20 per night. Dogs are allowed, there is a fee on top of the room rate but you'd need to talk to the hotel about that when you book. Dinner on Sunday is £24.50 per person which is a flippin' bargain, the food has always been excellent. We do have to choose in advance but that's never been a problem and it means we all get to eat together. We have free parking for the duration which saves you £20 a day (spend it on your sea view instead 😃 ).
The Orangery is ours exclusively for all day on Sunday and we'll get one round of tea/coffee served. I've had to pay £75 myself for that which is fine but if you feel like popping something into a kitty towards it, that would be even finer 😃
If you want to car-share, you'll need to organise that amongst yourselves but I'm happy to pass on contact details.

You may, of course, do your own thing re booking. For instance last year we booked during the Black Friday deals which was a bit cheaper than they've given us now BUT there are no clues whatsoever what the deals will be this year AND they sold out very quickly.
