In the quiet days between the celebrations and the turning of the year, you're invited to step into stillness.

This is a morning to return to yourself, to soften, to breathe, and to begin the slow exhale of the season.

We’ll gather for 90 minutes of grounding movement, breathwork and guided rest, a space to gently release, reflect, and nourish your nervous system in the company of others seeking quiet, too.

A cleansing Cucumber, Ginger & Lime juice shot will be offered on arrival to awaken and support your body. After practice, you’re welcome to join us for at Sobo Beach, where we’ll share an optional sea dip and a warm drink by the ocean.  A refreshing, steady and restful way to mark the transition between celebrations.

Whether you come for the calm, the cold water, or the company this space is yours to meet the moment.  Come as you are, leave with a full heart

What’s Included:
90 minute yoga, breathwork and guided rest (10:00–11:30)

Optional sea dip + hot drink at Sobo Beach (11:30–12:30) *price of drink not included

Arrival juice shot: cucumber, ginger & lime

Cosy, candlelit space to soften into the season

All levels welcome

Please bring: a blanket, cushion, and warm layers to settle in comfort during the practice. Sea dip is optional, please bring towels, warm clothes, swimwear and money for hot drink if joining.
