Come join us for an afternoon of light, laughter and wonder in Talbot Village Woods!
In this family event, we will make our own St Martin's lanterns, bright and beautiful, and go for a lantern walk in the dimming light. Our lanterns will light our way and glow like little stars amongst the trees.
Afterwards we will gather around the fire for storytelling and a nice treat.
Meet at Slades Park Pavilion and then we will go into the woods.

Other refreshments available to buy in the Pavilion Café (card only payments)
Toilets at the Pavilion Café.
Free car park (up to 3 hours) and free parking on neighbouring roads
Level access, some uneven ground in the woods.
Please make sure that kids wear appropriate clothes for the event.
We would like this event to be open to all. Please get in touch if you have any questions about how we can support you to take part in this workshop.
For children aged 5 and over, to be accompanied by an adult.
If you have a carer/support worker who supports you to take part in activities, they can attend this workshop for free (please let us know so we can plan for numbers attending)
