Join us for the ultimate midday wellness experience combining strength, balance, and fun 💫

🧘‍♀️ Reformer Pilates at Maison du Pilates — a luxury studio in Bournemouth 🎾 Followed by a coach-led Padel session at Cross Court in Poole.

Event Schedule:

🕓 1.20.pm arrival with ginger shot & matcha ball

🧘‍♀️ 1.30pm – Reformer Pilates (50-minute session) with Rachael from Utopia Reformer

🚗 2.30pm – Drive to Cross Court with wellness juice for the road.*

🎾 3.00pm – 1 hour coach-led padel

🥂 4.00pm – Mini salad pot and prosecco to finish

Parking Info 🚗 Maison du Pilates: 2 on-site spaces, plus paid street parking and a pay & display car park just a 2-minute walk away. 🅿️ Cross Court Padel: Free parking available on-site.
