As the moon returns to darkness, we gather around the fire to slow down, reconnect, and begin again.

These evenings blend gentle flowing yoga, meditation, breath, stillness and ocean air — creating space to pause, reflect, and set intention for the cycle ahead.

We begin together around the fire before moving into a guided yoga flow, blending vinyasa and slow mindful movement to gently build warmth and presence.

From there, we return to stillness for meditation and rest around the fire beneath the evening sky.
