Foraging Walk

Our Elemental Nomad Foraging Walks invite you to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with the landscapes that once sustained our ancestors. Together, we wander through forest and field, rediscovering the ancient art of gathering food and medicine from the land itself.

Guided by the principles of presence and respect, these walks are about more than identification. They’re an invitation to remember — to feel the hum of life beneath your feet, to awaken your senses, and to recognize the elemental connection between humans and the living earth.

No matter if you’re a complete beginner, or looking to improve your knowledge, our foraging walks have something for everyone.

We will take you through:

• The do’s and dont’s that will keep you safe
• Plant identification
• Sustainability
• Nutrition
• Medicinal information
• Folklore of our native plants
• Plant uses – culinary and other

You will also take home our Elemental Nomad Foraging booklet, complete with recipes, to help get you foraging on your own!

*Please note that there is plenty of free roadside parking on Iford Lane, as well as regular public transport.
