Eternal Breath Journey

This is an Eternal Breath Journey — an experience curated to reconnect you with what I believe is one of the most powerful and often overlooked abilities we have.. To control our breath.

In this session, you are invited to journey inward. I guide you through various flows and patterns of breath, each one designed to shift your state, open your awareness, and bring you into deeper contact with yourself. These practices are supported by a live soundscape created with instruments such as gongs, flutes, drums, and handpan — each carrying its own resonance, frequency, and intention.

The combination of breath and sound encourages your body to soften, your mind to settle, and your inner landscape to open. As you ride the waves of your breath, you may meet aspects of yourself that have been quiet, hidden, or gently waiting for your attention. This process isn’t forced.. It’s an invitation. A journey of remembering, rediscovery, and returning home.

Toward the end, I guide you into a state of deep rest and peace, allowing your nervous system to be soothed.
A moment to simply be.
A moment to receive.

• A blanket
• A pillow
• Anything else that helps you feel warm, supported, and cosy
  (Mats are provided.)

These sessions are gentle, but breathwork can be powerful. Please keep the following in mind:

• If you feel light-headed, overwhelmed, or uncomfortable at any point, simply return to soft, natural breathing.
• You are always welcome to rest, pause, or lie still — there is no pressure to “push through” anything.
• This is not recommended for those who are pregnant, have severe cardiovascular or respiratory conditions, or have been advised to avoid breath retention.
• If you have any concerns about your health or medical conditions, feel free to speak with me before the session.
