Coastal Spring Foraging

During the walk you will:
Learn the concept of foraging and be supported and guided through your first foraging experience.

Discover native, seasonal, wild plants, herbs, fruits, trees and mushrooms. Including poisonous specimens.

Learn some of the traditional uses of plants for herbal medicine.

Learn about some of the domestic uses and applications of wild plants and produce.

Learn about foraging etiquette, good practice and ethics of conscious foraging .

Each workshop will also include a lovely cup of freshly prepared herbal tea made using Lewis's favourite medicinal herbs.
