Ian will share his journey from early entrepreneurial beginnings to building brands that trade globally. He was one of the founders of Animal, the iconic British lifestyle brand founded in Poole, which grew from a £250 start-up investment to a £12m turnover business trading across the UK, USA, Europe, Australia and Asia, before being relaunched by Mountain Warehouse.

Today, through Elliot Brown Watches, Ian continues to build a brand defined by durability, precision, and purpose. In this open and honest discussion, he’ll reflect on leadership, brand-building, and growth – sharing real lessons learned from decades of building product-led businesses designed to stand the test of time.
