Using intentional breathing patterns, we sharpen awareness and calm mental noise, while the gong works on a vibrational level to help dissolve tension and restore balance. This session supports grounding, emotional clarity, and a deep sense of renewal.

The Eternal Breath Journey is a 90-minute immersive experience combining dynamic and gentle breathwork with rich layers of live sound.

You’ll be guided through waves of faster and slower breathing, accompanied by the resonant vibrations of gongs, didgeridoo, handpan, flutes, and more. The journey is designed to help you release, reset, and arrive in a state of deep rest, clarity, and presence.
