Our annual Bournemouth Sea Training Camp - run by expert swim coaches - is all about starting small and then progressing to building up your swim distances to whatever your personal goals are.



These goals could include simply completing a 3km swim loop to the completion of a 6 hour English Channel qualifying swim.
