11:35-12:45 Exhibition Christmas Tree "Barrels" $5/ride 60 sec. time slots
*Slots must go to name called by Exhibition Coordinator so things flow smoothly

1:00 Opening Ceremony  

Immediately followed by Little Buckaroo/Leadline - Barrels $15 Special Participation Gift to all Little Buckaroo Contestants **Little Buckaroo's should be on a leadline or assisted by an adult in the arena; if riding alone from the alleyway they should enter the Pee Wee 10 & Under Barrels**

**Age as of 1/1/26 for all entries**
Immediately followed by Pee Wee 10 & Under Barrels $15 (Rollover to Open or Run Twice Option) straight payout

Immediately followed by 5D Open Barrel Race $40 (Rollover to Class Options) 

5D Open Rollover with straight payouts available for:
$15 Youth 11-13
$15 Junior 14-17
$15 Senior 18-39
$15 Gold 40 & Up 

Immediately followed by 3D Open Pole Bending $25 

Halters Awarded to fastest time of the day in barrel racing & pole bending (excluding Little Buckaroo Class).

$8 Arena Fee/Rider

Payments: Cash & Venmo @Heather-Detillier

➡️ Enter by Friday at Noon to be in the first draw posted Friday evening. 
➡️ Enter online by Friday at midnight to pre-enter. These entries will be included in the second draw with entries received on show day at the show.

*We will try to put 20 between multi-horse riders. If you pre-entered 3 or more horses we will hold the third and additional horses out of the first draw. Multi-Horse riders with multiple rollovers to classes will receive a text to determine pointed horse for classes.

*No-time/broken pattern will result if a horse/rider backs up, makes an illegal right or left turn, or makes and extra right or left turn after passing the start clocks.  

You can pay ahead Venmo or still pay at the show. No shows in the pre-draw will be scratched but we will hold everyone’s drag position.
