Turning the Wheel Within

Come together in community as we Deep Sink into the stillness of Winter.

We start the journey with pranayama, mudra and mantra and then sink into a Yoga Nidra that carries us into a one hour sound bath by FOUR skilled sound healing practitioners.

Join Chelsea, Mykel, Veronica, and Kelci for a magical practice honoring the stillness of the season and the stillness within.
