Mindfulness Monthly Gathering

Looking for ongoing learning, meaningful connection and greater self awareness? This group digs deep together and is incredibly heart-felt.

Open to all who have completed the 8 week Mindfulness Course (MBCT) as well as those on their own mindfulness journey. This group is tailored to support you in sustaining your mindfulness practice while you continue building skills and nurturing your connection to compassion!

Investment: $15

Each session offers a brief teaching, discussion, guided meditation practice, and time for questions and sharing.
