Her work is especially supportive for those navigating heartbreak, relationship transitions, or a longing to reconnect with themselves on a deeper level.With years of teaching experience, Jessie creates a slow, grounded, and nurturing space where students can soften, feel, and rebuild trust from within. She completed an intensive Tantra Yoga training in Portugal and continued her studies at Yogaville, where she explored Integrative Yoga while completing the LYT program.Her teaching is rooted in a chakra-based approach, guiding students through the body—from establishing safety and grounding, to opening the heart, and into intuitive expression.
