It enhances the prospects of those aiming to pursue music education in college by providing hands-on, work-based learning, while also preparing students to enter the music industry directly if they choose to forgo college.It is the only program of its kind in the region that combines college and career preparation with a paid, work-based learning experience and one-to-one mentorship with some of the region's leading active professionals. Upon completion, each student will receive a letter of recommendation, resume guidance and opportunities for further paid employment within the industry and paid opportunities inside of Roots Music Project.What Makes This Spring Session Special:This Spring session of TEMPO expands the balance between cohort-based learning, 1:1 mentorship, and real-world production experiences.
