We are in the season of renewal and fresh beginnings! The season of fertile soils and planting seeds. The season of balancing light and darkness. The movement from one identity to the expression of fully bloomed authenticity.The word equinox comes from the Latin words for “equal night”—aequus (equal) and nox (night). It describes the phenomenon where day and night are approximately equal in length all over the world.Balance points in nature like this, where one direction or action swings towards its opposite pole, are regarded as openings to access broader fields of energy and information to support the same shifts that are happening within us.Like the Earth itself, we are recalibrating our relationship to light, and adjusting between darkness and illumination. It is our human nature, to change, evolve, grow, create, and express, and the equinox is known to be a time of much transformational energy.It is a time of inner rebirth as nature is rebirthing.At this threshold, you are not asked to know the entire path.
