Breathwork is an active breathing practice that uses continuous, intentional breaths and body awareness to help your body access, process, and release stored stress and trauma, while opening space for emotion, awareness, and deeper connection with yourself. When difficult experiences are not fully processed, the body can continue holding them as tension, emotional charge, or patterns of feeling stuck. This style of breathing gives the body a way to move and discharge what it has been carrying in a safe, supported space.Facilitating this work is one of the greatest honors of my life, truly! This work is deeply personal to me and I love to share the magic with others. My intention is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be fully and authentically and genulinely yourself, and I truly mean that! In a world that often asks us to perform and keep up, this is a place to simply exist and feel and breathe and move.
