This class offers simple, easy to follow movements inspired by different movement forms and set to inspirational world music designed to regulate your nervous system, invigorate your body, and elevate your spirit.The movement offerings within Shake Your Soul are influenced by both the teachers and creators of SYS, and bring in elements of African, Caribbean, Black, lyrical, contemporary, and modern dance and tradition, as well as Qi Gong, somatic and polyvagal yoga, mind-body centering, and other somatic practices.
