We will imbibe in the sweet sacred medicina of the most incredible Guatemalan cacao and allow ourselves a moment to attune to the energies of the season. Served by the lovely Genevieve Ayala!Nourishing Movement - Replenish our bodies and energy through the breath and movement with simple Qi Gong before moving our bodies in a nourishing, playful, and revitalizing fashion through a soundscape of inspiring music (supported by the beautiful all-encompassing sound system!)Sound Journey - Lie down, relax, breathe, and receive.
