Quiet Hour – Silent Sauna Sessions

Take a pause and give yourself the gift of calm with our fully reserved, silent sauna sessions. This is a space held intentionally as a quiet container—perfect for unwinding, releasing tension, and resetting your mind and body as you head into the week.

Choose the timeslot that works best for you: 7–8 PM or 8–9 PM. Each session is limited to 6 participants to maintain a peaceful, restorative atmosphere. Step in, breathe, and let the warmth of the sauna guide you into a state of deep relaxation.

By reserving your free ticket on Eventbrite, you’re securing your spot in the session. Upon arrival, you can either use one of your sauna credits or pay the $25 drop-in fee to join.
