Come with us on a special Winter Solstice Dance Journey. Join us as we honor both the light and the dark on this sacred day of contemplation and welcoming of another Season. Spread your dancing wings in the expansive space of the Avalon Ballroom and explore what this potent and quiet time has in store for us.
Enjoy exquisitely held safe space where our bodies are moved individually and collectively, as One, in a way that invites and supports all of who you are—your vulnerable tender child, holy contemplative hermit and wild primal spirit animal. And, if you’re a highly sensitive person who longs for a dance that includes stillness and silence as well as moving, grooving, and peaking, this is for you!

We dance every Saturday 10:15 am - 12:45 pm
10:15 am: Doors open with arrival music
10:30 am: Dance Journey begins, ending at noon
12:00 pm: Dance Journey ends, Closing Circle begins – come to circle quietly, Sharing time, staying attuned to what was created.
12:30 pm: Closing Circle completion, need to be out of the room at 12:45
We dance every Wednesday 10:15 am - 11:30 am
10:15 am: Doors open with arrival music
10:30 am: Dance Journey begins
11:30 am: Dance Journey ends, Closing Circle begins – come to circle quietly, sharing time, staying attuned to what was created.
11:45 am: Clearing the room, we need to be out of the room by Noon.

We will always let you know by 8:30 in the morning if we ever need to cancel either a Saturday or Wednesday dance for weather reasons or illness.
