Or is that not so fun for you?Do you receive bodywork, or use daily healing art practices?How often do you get into your body and feel its parts, or experiment in your movements?How often do you play, twirl, let loose, shake your hips, or feel fully free spirited?I am creating an environment for you to do just that ~ Have fun, do something different, explore, and be you.'Move Your Body' to move your energy, is different from our other gatherings, and you are invited to create something special.Do you like to dance? Or are you shy?Do you have rhythm?
