Family & Friends Support Circle
Join Elevate MHS for a series of support groups for people who have a loved one that struggles with their mental health. This group will include time for talking through and processing struggles, and will also feature time for psychoeducation and self care. The intention of these groups is to support people through the stresses of the transition from fall to winter and the holidays.
