Empowered Birth - Comfort Measures for Labor

This hour long workshop will equip you with basic tools and knowledge to support and guide you during labor and birth.

Topics will include:

Early labor ideas + comforts
Understanding labor stages
Optimal baby positions
Breath + sound
Partner support

This is led by Jessica Finver, prenatal yoga teacher, trained birth doula and mama of 3.
