Flow2Flight is an immersive afternoon and evening for ecstatic and contact improv dancers who want to bring more skill, safety, and magic into partner dancing.
We begin with a fast-paced, skill-building workshop focused on consent, connection, weight exchange, and grounded flight. From there, we flow into an ecstatic dance journey in the same space to integrate, play, and move together.
This is not for complete beginners.
Participants should already be familiar with ecstatic dance and/or contact improvisation and comfortable with full-body partnering.

Workshop: 2:15–6:30 PM
Dinner Break: 6:30–7:30 PM
Ecstatic Dance Journey: 7:30–10:30 PM

🎶 Ecstatic Dance Journey
A curated, recorded set by Magikally Delicious, with moments of live mixing and effects woven in. The arc supports embodied connection, musical partnering, and a grounded landing.
💰 Sliding Scale
Workshop: $30–$50
Dance: $15–$25
Both: $35–$60

All participants must agree to the Dance Space Agreements emphasizing consent, respect, and non-sexualized partnered movement.
